Healthy Chicken Dinner For Your Pooch

What You Need:

  • Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs – 2 pounds
  • Spinach – 1 Cup
  • Coconut oil – 1 Tablespoon (tbsp.)
  • Shredded Red Cabbage – 1 Cup
  • Large Eggs – 2
  • Skinless Cubed Apple – 1

In a large skillet cook the chicken thighs at about 300 degrees (medium heat). Cook chicken thighs till almost done but not completely. Usually cooked to about 75 – 80% till fully done.

When 75% done add all other ingredients, Cover and let simmer for 20 – 25 minutes until the chicken is tender.

Shred the chicken and cut up ingredients to serving size of the needs of your pooch.

This Healthy canine recipe is delicious and healthy. Chicken is a great source of protein. If your dog lacks protein this is a good food to help control it.

Although chicken is good for your pooches health, to much chicken can also be bad for a canines health.

Healthy Canine Recipes – Chicken and Brown Rice

What You Need:

  1. Brown Rice – 1½ cup
  2. Olive Oil – 1 tablespoon
  3. Boneless, Skinless Chicken – 3 pounds
  4. Baby Spinach (Chopped) – 3 cups
  5. Carrots (Shredded) – 2
  6. Zucchini (Shredded) – 1
  7. Peas (Canned or Frozen) – ½ cup

In large skillet cook chicken until full cooked.

Shred chicken.

Also cook rice per instructions on packaging.

Place olive oil in a Dutch Oven and place chicken, spinach, carrots, zucchini, and peas. Cook on medium heat until the spinach starts to wilt. Let simmer for an additional 2 -3 minutes.

Add chicken and all other ingredients to the rice.

Let cool, and serve your puppy with a feast canines love.
